​Terms and conditions

​1. Reception is open from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM. Leaving the rented premises is required no later than 11:00 AM.

2. The premises are rented for residential purposes. Rental for other purposes (advertising, music videos, photo shoots, films) is only possible after prior agreement on the rental terms and price. Failure to comply with the above prohibition will result in a fine of PLN 3,500 being imposed on the tenant.

3. The tenant is liable for the acts and omissions of any persons staying in the premises with the tenant.

4. In the event of deterioration, damage, or destruction of the leased property or common areas of the building caused by the tenant, the landlord will charge funds from the card provided during the booking or the security deposit to cover the costs of repairs to any damage caused by the tenant, to which the tenant consents.

5. SMOKING is PROHIBITED in the rented premises and throughout the building. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in the tenant being fined PLN 1,000.

6. A quiet night time period is in effect in the building from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. If the tenant violates the quiet night time period, the tenant will be obligated to cover the costs of any emergency services and forfeit the security deposit.

7. Only the persons listed in the reservation are permitted in the rented premises. All events and meetings exceeding the number of guests listed in the reservation are prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in a deduction of PLN 1,000 from the security deposit. The tenant consents to the credit card provided during the reservation or when paying the security deposit being charged only in the event of damage to the apartment, damage caused by the tenant during their stay, or failure to comply with the lease agreement.

8. In the event of a suspected violation of this agreement or a suspected crime or offense, the landlord has the right to enter the premises at any time.

9. The landlord may terminate the agreement immediately if the tenant violates the provisions of this agreement, and in particular if the tenant and/or persons accompanying the tenant: - use the rental property in a manner inconsistent with the agreement; - damage the rental property or its furnishings, causing deterioration beyond normal wear and tear; - disturb the peace and order of other apartment occupants in the facility.

10. In the event of termination of the lease by the landlord, the full reservation fee and any additional fines and damage costs will be charged.

11. Guests under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be checked in, and the reservation fee will not be refunded.

12. Items left in the apartment after check-out must be collected in person within 7 days of check-out; otherwise, they will be disposed of.

13. A PLN 500 security deposit is required upon check-in. All apartments with a window bathtub and jacuzzi, as well as Penthouse Apartments, Two-Bedroom Apartments, and Apartment with Terrace, require a PLN 1000 security deposit. Payment must be made using the tenant's physical credit/debit card. Maestro and Revolut cards are not accepted for security deposits. The full security deposit will be released from the credit card after checking the condition of the property on the day of check-out and if the tenant has complied with all terms of the rental agreement. Refunds may take up to 14 days from check-out, depending on pre-authorization procedures at the cardholder's bank.

14. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

15. Pets are NOT allowed in the apartments and the use of wax candles is prohibited. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

16. When renting an apartment with a hot tub or sauna, the tenant agrees to familiarize themselves with the instructions and terms of use for these facilities, located in the apartment.

17. Parking fees, as well as any other purchased amenities, are non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL FEES: 1. Parking: PLN 100 per day. Travel cot: PLN 80 per use. 2. Late check-out is possible until 12:00 for an additional fee of PLN 200. Failure to check-out within the above times will result in a fine equal to the fee for another night's stay, which does not constitute an extension of stay. 3. Late check-in between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM will incur an additional fee of PLN 100. Late arrivals must be agreed with the staff and confirmed prior to arrival. Check-in after 11:00 PM is not possible.
